CANADIAN & US & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders for “in stock” items received before midnight each Wednesday go out Friday from our workshop in Montreal, Canada. In order to keep shipping costs to a minimum (for your benefit!!) we use Canada Post for all local, national and international shipments. If you would like tracking information or a premium service such as Fed Ex or Purolator, please e-mail us for details. Delivery times vary greatly between 3 days (local) and 2-3 weeks (International). USA major City destinations average out at about 8-12 business days……We’d be happy to arrange alternate shipping arrangements if you are happy to pay a premium, please e-mail us prior to ordering.
Each additional item is one $1.00 extra
You are responsible for your country’s customs and taxes applied on imported items. We will not mark an item as a “Gift” on a package’s Customs Form, nor misrepresent the product in the Customs Declaration Form.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
If the received product is subject to a manufacturing defect, a valid RMA# is required for return. Please e-mail us within 3 days of delivery to be issued one.
