Please note that orders shipping to California addresses will be charged 7.75% sales tax upon PayPal check out.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days using USPS, unless it is custom work. All shipping fees include shipping supplies and are not included to the orignal price. I will be happy to answer any questions on shipping charges, combined shipping, or any other shipping needs. Just send me a message before placing your order.

Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees. They are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.

Returns:
Non-personalized or custom items can be refunded or exchanged within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase. All open and/or used items cannot be returned. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Please contact me before shipping, your return must be approved before shipping it back.

Colors may look different on your screen, so please note that I am not responsible for the colors on your computer monitor.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me and I will be happy to work with you to solve any problems that you may have.

Custom Orders:
In-Vita Paper Studio does take custom orders for items which you would like printed in another color. See a style you would like as personalized stationery? For a one time fee of $10.00 you can have any (or most) of the desings customized to fit your needs. (This does not include graphic design services.)
When working with custom orders, i ask that you please double check your proof. I require your written approval to print. Once i began printing, there is no turning back. Charges to changes or reprints will be customers responsibility. Please allow plenty of time for custom orders! Custom order can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks depending on order type.
