Amy Bengtson Jewelry

Packaging:
All orders come packed in a small recycled paper box with the Amy Bengtson logo etched on the top. Inside each box the jewelry is placed on a laser etched card inside a small plastic bag. This insures the safety of each piece.
Shipping:
Each piece is handmade to order. Once the payment is processed, the order will ship within approx. 2-5 business days. If there is a change in the estimated shipping time the customer will be contacted via email. All US orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. USPS estimates the shipping time to be 2-3 business days with Saturday delivery. The shipping rate is $8.50 with an additional 1.50 for each additional item. International shipping:
Orders shipped outside the US are charged $15 and shipped via International priority mail. Because there is no tracking and insurance for most countries I can not be responsible for lost or stolen items. I am also not responsible for customs or duties to your country. I will do what is possible to make sure your order is received. If you have special requests prior to shipping please contact me via amy@amybengtson.com
Returns:
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may EXCHANGE it for another item by mailing it back unworn and in its original condition. SORRY, NO REFUNDS. All exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of purchase. To exchange an item, please contact me at amy@bengtson.com for instructions.
