Ridiculous Design will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all full priced items received within 30 days of when items were shipped, provided that the items are undamaged, unused and free of defects. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be elegible for a return.

If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

HOW TO SEND BACK YOUR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
to ship an item back to Ridiculous Design, simply pack your item and original invoice into the original packing and box and ship to:

Please be sure to indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the desired model.
