Payment

Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase. Paypal is the preferred method of payment for Revisions Design Studio purchases.

SHIPPING:

Our shipment days are TUESDAY and FRIDAY. If either of these days falls on a holiday, your order will go out on the following business day. You will be notified via email to your Paypal email address when your order ships.

The shipping method is listed in each listing. Please view the details of each service below.

DOMESTIC:
-USPS First Class: (5-7 days) This is the least expensive method for domestic shipping. Delivery Confirmation IS included in this price. Insurance is NOT available with this service.

-Priority Mail: (2-3 days) Delivery Confirmation IS included in this price. Insurance is available but NOT automatically included in this price. Please contact us if you wish to add insurance against loss or damage.

-Fed Ex: (varies by location) This service automatically includes tracking and insurance. In the result of a claim, it is the BUYERS responsibility to file with Fed Ex.

Terms:
Delivery Confirmation: You will be able to see when the package departs the post office and when it is delivered to it’s destination. This number will be emailed to you when your package ships.

Insurance: protects against loss or damage. It is the buyers responsibility to request insurance on the parcel. Please contact us to add this service prior to purchase. In the case insurance is not purchased, Revisions is not responsible for lost shipments.

INTERNATIONAL:
-USPS First Class International: (varies by location) This is by far the least expensive way to ship internationally. Unfortunately TRACKING & INSURANCE are NOT available with this service. We are not responsible for lost packages that are sent via this service.

-USPS Priority Mail: (varies by location, yet faster than First Class) INSURANCE is available by is NOT automatically included in this service. It is the buyers responsibility to request insurance on the parcel. Please contact us prior to purchase. Revisions is not responsible for lost packages that are uninsured.

-USPS Express Mail: (calculated guaranteed date or your money back) This service DOES AUTOMATICALLY include tracking and insurance. If your purchase is valuable, we suggest you upgrade to this service.

-Please be aware that all customs, duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

PLEASE NOTE:
Revisions is not responsible for any packages that are undelivered in the event the customer has given the wrong shipping information. Shipping labels are copied and pasted directly from your PAYPAL invoice so the information is exactly as the customer provides. Packages returned to the studio, by fault of the customer, will be reshipped only after the customer has paid additional shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact Michele Dugree or Janna Fox directly and we will work with you to make it right! * Revisions must be contacted immediately after receipt of the product.**

Sorry but no refunds or exchanged for custom orders.

We are happy to accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchanging or returning of products. Exchanges or refunds must be done within two weeks of receiving the order.

2. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in the event of a return. Exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee.*

*There is a $7.00 exchange fee for all spoon rings. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to the studio.

**There is a $5.00 resizing fee for all spoon rings. (rings can only be sized smaller, in the event a larger size is needed, the ring would have to be exchanged) The customer is responsible for shipping the product to the studio.

3. Products that have been used/worn are not refundable
