{Shipments} ALL shipments regardless of it being in stock will be handled in the order that it was received. I have sales from my main website and this site so I try to get orders out in a reasonable amount of time.
{Shipment Time Frame} Most of my jewelry is made to order and require fabrication time with the exception of ready to ship pieces.
{Shipping Days} I do not work nor ship on weekends.
{International Shipments} Shipments time tend to be very slow when shipping out of the US. The average wait time to receive your order after I’ve shipped it seems to be 3 weeks, even to Canada. Please wait 3 weeks before asking me where your shipment is. Once it leaves the US I’m not responsible for shipment times per country.
PLEASE NOTE: Any Customs Fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
I will not mark your purchase as a gift since this is considered mail fraud and I could incur fines into the thousands as well as no longer being able to use US mail for shipping. If you are not comfortable with this policy then do not purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
{Shipping Address} Please make sure your Etsy address is the correct address since this will be the address that I ship to. So please check before you check out. Thanks!!
I combine shipping on multiple item purchases & ship via USPS mail. I ship via Priority Mail in the US and First Class Mail International elsewhere.
First Class International packages include insurance into the shipping cost.
I will send you the tracking number for your shipment. Keep a record of your tracking number. If you’re not home to receive your shipment, and a note is not left by USPS, you will need to take that tracking number to your local post office for package pickup.
{Returns Policy} You can return any unused, unworn {non custom or made to order} jewelry 5 days of receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges can incur a 35% restocking fee since all items on my website are made to order.
You will need to first contact me for a return authorization # before returning an item so that my shipping instructions can be provided. Only merchandise approved for return with an RMA# will be processed. *If you send merchandise without prior approval, your package will be refused and promptly returned to sender.
Returns must be shipped with postage and insurance already paid. I strongly recommend insuring any returned shipments for your protection. Return shipping costs and insurance fees are not reimbursable
A credit will be issued back to your original form of payment within 3 – 7 days of return receipt. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Any sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons.

Customized orders cannot be returned.
{Sizing} At this time I do not re-size rings. Please go to your local jeweler in order to find your ring size. Exchanges cannot be done because of someone ordering the wrong size. If you find that you did order an incorrect size, you can easily find a local jeweler that can perform your re-size in order to get an accurate ring size. Re-sizing generally costs anywhere from $20 up to $75 depending on where you go so it is imperative that you order the correct size in the beginning since rings are created from scratch in your size and is not a mass produced pre-fab.
