“Return and Exchange Policy”

Heather Lins Home takes great care in creating our merchandise and filling your orders. Please inspect your order upon receipt for any discrepancies. If there is a problem such as a defective item or an incorrectly packed order, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. After 5 business days, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. Heather Lins Home will exchange or refund all full priced items that are returned within 21 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We only accept items that are unworn, unwashed and free of defects.
