NEW SHIPPING INFO!

Now that I have started my 9-5, all items will be shipped the Saturday after the day the order is made. So if you place an order Sunday, your order will not be in the mail until 6 days later the next Saturday. If you order Friday, your order will be in the mail the next day! (depending if it is in stock, which 90% of the time it is).

NO PRIORITY/EXPRESS SHIPPING, SORRY!

Please double check that your Paypal address is up to date because that is the address we will ship to. If it is not and you can’t seem to change it, please email us ASAP after your order at tiffany[at]kidviskous.com.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless in the rare event that items are damaged in shipping. In such a case buyer must contact us within 14 days of arrival date.

Simple repairs are available for free, buyer is responsible only for the cost of shipping the item to us. Broken pendants cannot be repaired or exchanged and is the responsibility of the buyer to take good care of it. Purchasing just a new pendant without the chain is possible.
