Luis Caicedo will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all full priced items received within 30 days of when items where shipped, provided that items are not used and free of defects. If you received a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be elegible for a return.

If you dont follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
