Red Sofa accepts payment in US dollars via PayPal, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express through PayPal. Note: there is no requirement to register with PayPal in order to make a credit card payment, just follow PayPal’s online instructions.

Shipping
Red Sofa jewelry is handmade to order.
Orders ship within 3 to 5 days from payment.
All items are securely packed and ship from Canada.
Red Sofa cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. The buyer is responsible for customs fees or import charges (if applies).

Returns
All sales are final. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase and to love all your Red Sofa jewelry pieces. Should you have any issues or questions regarding your order, please contact me upon receiving your package.

Materials
All pieces labeled silver are genuine 925 sterling silver. All stones, unless otherwise indicated, are real gemstones. Slight imperfections of size or color are a part of the design. You may expect some variations, this is also what makes the pieces unique. The color on the photographs may differ slightly from actual products due to differences in the color calibration of individual computer monitors.

Custom orders / requests
Please contact me if you like an item in my shop and you have a special request: i.e. different length chain, etc. Same is true for ring sizes. I would love to accommodate you whenever possible.
