SHIPPING TIME- All orders are shipped via USPS, and will arrive in approximately 2-5 business days once shipped. Please allow 2-3 days for processing your order. A tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been processed. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes. All international orders accepted.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES- All sale items are FINAL sale. For regular items, we will accept exchanges.Please email us for more info on exchanges. We will accept returns for a refund only if accompanied by the original receipt, within 14 days of sale, and considering the bag is in the same condition it was received. We are sorry, but Zaum is not responsible for any shipping costs involved in a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange for the following reasons: product appears used or no longer in its original condition, the exchange is beyond the allowed time frame, or the return is sent without a receipt.
