About True Love Clothing

Melissa di Peco, the designer behind True Love, is a 27 year old artist living just north of Toronto. She graduated with honors from George Brown College's Fashion Techniques and Design program. Prior to that, she studied Fine Arts at the University of Toronto with a focus in Graphic Design.Melissa currently works part-time as a pattern drafter and pattern grader at a small yoga and lounge wear company in downtown Toronto. On her days off, she runs True Love in her cozy home studio. She designs the clothing, drafts the patterns, and sews every TL garment with precision and love ?In an effort to reduce her carbon footprint, Melissa focuses on making True Love clothing as eco-friendly as possible. Fabrics are carefully selected and are made from organic and environmentally conscious materials.Printed promotional items such as hangtags or business cards are purchased from a company that uses only recycled papers and soy/vegetable based inks. Fabric scraps/waste are recycled into smaller items such as wrist cuffs, leg and arm warmers, and other accessories.Melissa hopes you love each True Love piece as much as she loved making it.Find us on Facebook!!http://www.facebook.com/TrueLoveClothing
