It’s always free to send money, you receive your items faster, and it’s secure and private.??"Shipping"All items ship via FedEx or FedEx Freight or USPS???Please Note: We do send our packages "signature required". ?Shipping Damage: If your item is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery a claim will be filed with the shipping company & the damaged materials picked up we will then begin work to replace the piece. ??Additional CostsIf the carrier is unable to deliver the shipment for any reasons, your shipment will be treated as a return and rerouted back to RedGarage. You will be responsible for all fees incurred including re-consignment and additional transportation charges. ??Receiving Your Freight Shipment?Please make sure you have help to bring your crate inside. Your LTL Freight shipment will be secured in a crate with protective packaging, and high-grade straps to help prevent damage during transit. The shipment will arrive on a semi-truck.The semi-truck will have a lift-gate, if requested, to bring the pallet to ground level. Be sure to inspect for damage or shortage with extra scrutiny.??Please note: When you sign the driver’s delivery receipt, you are acknowledging receipt of all products in good order. Before signing the delivery receipt, it is important that you follow the procedures outlined below:??Find the Packing List (located on the outside of a box) and compare the items and quantities listed with those being delivered. Clearly note any discrepancies on the driver’s Delivery Receipt before signing.?Inspect the boxes and their contents for visible damage. If any damage is suspected, OPEN the boxes carefully for further inspection.?If any damage or shortage is discovered, DO NOT SIGN the delivery receipt. If the goods arrive damaged and delivery is refused, we will send replacement products at no charge. Please know that in using reclaimed materials there are sometimes small and sometimes large imperfections - we call it character. All of our pieces have character and we feel that is perfect. If you are concerned about splits, cracks, chipping, peeling and a well-worn looked - then sadly are pieces are not for you.
