All mynta jewelley is made with great care and love. All of my pieces are in sterling silver and they are fabricated and finished by hand, so some variations are possible when an item is ordered. Parts that are not sterling silver are clearly indicated. For pieces with stone beads, it is sometimes possible to order them, with a different color. If you like the piece but would love it more with a different color, don't hesitate to ask me, I might just have what you want.*PAYMENT*I accept Paypal payments only, which must be made within 3 days of purchase . If you don’t have an account, you can still pay through Paypal, you just need a credit card. For Canadian customers, personal cheques are accepted. However, your order will only be produced and shipped after cheque is received and cleared.*SHIPPING*I ship by Canada Post / USPS Standard service. Unless otherwise noted in the listing I will ship your item within 3 business days of payment. Note that made to order items usually take 7-10 days before shipping. After that, delivery times are out of my hands. In my experience, shipping to Canada and the U.S. takes about a week, but according to Canada Post, approximate delays, are:Canada: 3-5 daysU.S.: up to 2 weeksInternational: up to 3 weeksIf you need an express delivery, send me a message and I can quote you a fee for shipping by a express mail or courier service. I am interested in having pleased customers! I am usually open to an exchange, provided that the item is returned in its original condition, and the buyer covers the shipping charges. This unfortunately does not apply for rings, which are almost always made to order.If an item is shipped the wrong size or color, I will exchange it and cover the shipping charges. If any piece you buy gets damaged from use, I will repair it for a previously agreed upon fee. If the damage is determined to be due to a fabrication defect, I will repair it free or charge. Shipping charges for repairs are paid by the buyer.Custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. This applies to all my rings made to order.
