Welcome to Maapstudio store! We are small workshop established by two fine artist Monika and Andrzej Skrzypkowski. We use ceramics , silver and wood to handcraft our jewellery and homeware.

Payment in full is expected within 3 days of sales.ShippingWe are posting by the Royal Mail standard service, if you wish to use an other service, please contact us via email for this to be arranged. Damage / Loss / Delay occurred during the transport is beyond MaaP studio responsibility. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. DELIVERY TIME : within the UK , by Post Office : one or two working days . Please get back to us if you have not received in two weeks from posting. Until then, there is nothing MaaP studio can do. LOST / DAMAGED ITEMS: For items lost or damaged, refund or breakage will be issued in full once MaaP studio has received compensation from Royal Mail.If service by other carrier (DHL, FEDEX or UPS) is used:All claims are subject to the following submission (not notification) deadlines: Damage - 14 days from the date of despatch. Loss - 28 days from the date of despatch. (Any claim received after these deadlines cannot be accepted.) Until then, there is nothing we can do. For items lost or damaged, refund or breakage will be issued in full once MaaP studio has received compensation from the carrier.INTERNATIONAL: If service by Post Office international five working days to reach destinations outside EU, three working days to EU. Please get back to us if you have not received in twenty days (EU) or twenty five days (rest of the World) from posting. Until then, there is nothing we can do. If our items are not what you ordered or are defective please let us know within seven days of receipt of goods and we will provide a refund or replacement. If you do wish to return an item you may do so within fourteen days of receiving the item where upon we will be happy to issue a full refund (minus initial postage costs and PayPal fee) or exchange the item for another size / colour. If you wish to exchange size or colour, we will send you replacement without any extra cost on receipt of original items for once (we will need to charge you shipping cost if you wish to exchange the item for second time or more)Additional Policies and FAQsWe are selling ceramics jewellery products which we consider as a art object.Some of our product are limited and numbers are issued.We welcome reserves and we are thrilled to design custom pieces.You are using all our products at your own risk.MaaP studio will not be liable for damage or expense arising directly or indirectly as a consequence of use of the item.
