My passion for travelling led me indirectly to Jewelry making since was the only way to afford it. I would spend hours and hours sitting on the streets of the visited countries selling my jewelry in order to pay for food and bed. And what started as a need for survival became a need for living.Travelling I met my husband (after bumping into each other for years in different countries) and after living on an island on the French west coast of for a few years we've moved to Paris to start a new life.I work and create in a Gallery of art called "Goutte de Terre", ( www.gouttedeterre.org) , part of the profits go to finance an ONG project working with water access problems. In 2005 I took a small silversmith course at the "Escuela de Artes Plasticas" in Taxco, Mexico (The mecca of silversmith in the country, you gotta go visit! it is such a beautiful village) but I would say that I am mostly self taught. My work doesn't follow one particular design aesthetic but rather involves some form of technical experimentation, that's where I find the motivation for making every piece, and I have to say that my most beautiful creation so far is my 5 year old son...Teva.I put my heart into every piece of jewelry I make, that is why for me they tell a story, they are all unique, I hope you can see that too...IMPORTANTI carefully craft each piece of my jewelry from recycled metals bought from a refiner who does not purchase metal from mines.Sterling Silver is the same recycled or freshly mined, I've chosen recycled, or refined, to avoid any new mining (thus the destruction of the environment). To know more about my jewelry lifewww.lunatic-art.blogspot.comStay connected:{Twitter} https://twitter.com/Lunaticart{Blog} http://lunatic-art.blogspot.com{fan page} http://www.facebook.com/pages/Lunaticart/339737365340To see more of my work, my galleryhttp://www.flickr.com/photos/lunaticart/show/

There are a few ways to discover it, and most of them can be found at this website (copy and paste this address into your browser please):http://www.onlineconversion.com/ring_size.htm*J e w e l r y L o v e C a r e*For jewelry that has been oxidized I do not recommend liquid cleaners - they will remove the oxidization. Just buff gently with a polish, or "sunshine" cloth, you should be able to find one at a bead or jewelry store. Best way to keep your silver glowing? Wear it often, next to the skin!!*S t o r i n g*Use an anti-tarnish bag or a small plastic bag for each piece of jewelry. This is a good practice for Sterling Silver or for Gold. Do not store all your rings together, store them separately in small plastic bags. This is especially important for diamonds and gemstones as they can scratch mountings and each other. Make sure your jewelry is clean and dry before you put it in the plastic bag; you can dry briefly with a hairdryer after washing your jewelry, then let it cool and then put it in the plastic bag. Contact with air is one of the causes of tarnish; a tightly sealed plastic bag will help prevent tarnish. You can prevent damage and cut down on tarnish on all of your jewelry by taking a few precautions.Clorox, hair spray, shampoos, perspiration, cologne, perfume, makeup, hair dye, suntan oils, body oil, gasoline, hand lotions will ruin your jewelry. Lotions, shampoo, hair spray and body oils leave a sticky residue that attracts dirt and tarnishes jewelry. Rinse your jewelry in clear, hot water to remove residues. You can also spray CZ and other stone rings with Windex and then rinse off with hot water. Windex works great to remove "too tight" rings or put on a snug ring. Easy to slip on and off without using a sticky lotion.*W h o l e s a l e*First of all: Thanks for your interest, now I have to say that life in Europe is expensive and in order to stay competitive face to thousands and thousands of jewelry shops based in America I have to adjust my prices to their market, therefore prices, unfortunately, can't go any lower, on the other hand, I can happily offer a discount for buying multiple items, contact me and we can discuss it.
