PAYMENT:All items must be paid for within 48 hours of purchase or I reserve the right to cancel the transaction.Please double check that your PayPal address is up to date because that is the address I will ship to. If you would like your order to be sent to a different address from the one linked to your PayPal account, please email me ASAP after your order at jennydayco@gmail.com. SHIPPING:All items will be shipped via USPS no more than 5 business days after the item has been paid for. If for some reason I cannot ship the item within 5 days from purchase, I will notify you as soon as possible.Fedex or USPS overnight delivery can be done at your request. Please email me at jennydayco@gmail.com. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:If you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, simply take a quick photo of the item and send me an email. I will replace the damaged item free of charge and as promptly as possible, provided that the item is unworn. If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase, and you would like to exchange it for another item, please email me. I will only do exchanges for unworn items. REPAIRS:Simple repairs are available for free, buyer is responsible only for the cost of shipping the item to me. Repairs that are more complicated (that require replacing large parts) can be done at a nominal fee.
