*Payment:* We strongly prefer PayPal. If you pay using a PayPal e-check, custom items cannot be made or shipped until the payment has cleared. Unfortunately, this can cause a slight delay in processing your order.DEADLINE: All payments must be posted or sent within 5 days of your order.*Shipping:* Since our items are handmade, please understand that they take a few days to make. Most orders will be shipped out within 2-3 days, however some items take a little while longer due to their creation process. I do make all efforts to get them out as soon as possible! All U.S. orders are shipped using USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. All international items are shipped using USPS First Class International Mail. Unfortunately we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit - if you would like to add insurance message me and I will add it for a slightly higher shipping rate.If you would prefer your order to be shipped using USPS Overnight or 2-day delivery please message me before placing your order.*Refunds & Exchanges:* Generally we do not allow any returns or exchanges. Certain exceptions may apply however. Please send me a message if you need more information.Feedback: If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please message me before posting any neutral or negative feedback. I'd rather work with you to correct the problem and I can't do it without your input! For ring orders which require you to give us your finger sizes, we cannot be held responsible if you give the wrong measurements. The best thing to do is to take your ring to your local jeweler to be sized.*Notice:* Because our items are all handmade - your order might have slight variations from the photos I have posted.*Maintenance:* Although we use the highest quality materials, like any other non-treated fine metals, in time silver items will tarnish slightly due to the interaction of silver with sulfides in the air. This is a completely normal process but can be prevented with regular maintenance of your jewelry. You can purchase silver polishing cloths and/or silver cleaner sprays and liquids from your local jewelry store or contact me and I can put one up for sale.*Vermeil:* 18K Vermeil is .925 sterling silver or .999 fine silver which is plated with 18K yellow gold. Since the core is silver, some tarnishing may occur, therefore, regular maintenance is required. It is completely normal for Vermeil items to require re-plating after some wear. This process can occur sooner rather than later on jewelry items that receive a lot of wear-and-tear (i.e., rings).
