We are Kareen and Denitza, the creators of PeachyApricot and the official Bob Ross Artisan Store.The idea behind PeachyApricot was heavily influenced by our love for art and all of our nerdy interests.We made it our goal to create a collection of products based on inspirational, strong women and men as a reminder and encouragement for girls and boys to be more involved in the world they live in without being labeled. It’s okay to be a girl and like video games, sports and technology or to be a boy and like fashion and the Golden Girls. We, too, have very diverse tastes and want this to be reflected in our products.We believe in making people happy and mostly focus on work of humorous nature while remaining inspiring. We celebrate intelligence, curiosity and imagination in pretty and unique looking gifts. Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery on all mugs, boxes, paintings and t-shirts.For keychains and earrings, please allow 7-12 business days for delivery. We offer an optional shipping upgrade for our keychains, please note that if you do not select this shipping upgrade, your parcel will not have a tracking number and we will not offer any replacement or refund if the parcel is lost. We do not offer any PICK-UP option. Sorry about that.INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We will attempt to honor all international orders.For keychains, please allow 7-21 business days.Tracking Says "Delivered;" Package Not ReceivedOccasionally a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days.- See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.- Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.- Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.- Contact the carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. (Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy.) If you package was shipped via UPS, they may be able to hold the package at their local hub for you to pick up. You can call UPS and see if this is possible.- If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, you'll need to file a police report with your local police department. Learn more about filing a police report.Refunds and Exchanges RETURNS / EXCHANGES Exact exchanges will be made on damaged or defective products. If the shipping box is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse it and notify us via e-mail. Claims must be made within two (2) working days of receipt.If you are unhappy with a purchase, notify us via e-mail. Claims must be made within two (2) working days of receipt. Items should be undamaged. We will refund you the purchase price. We will not refund shipping. You will also be responsible for paying the shipping to return it. We will refund only when we receive the item back. The returned item must be in the condition it was sent to you. T-shirts that have been worn or washed may not be returned.Additional Policies and FAQs GIFT WRAPS AND CUSTOM MESSAGES:We do not gift wrap. We will write gift messages when the amount of daily orders isn't too overwhelming and allows us to do so. We do not include invoices in the packages. You can find your receipt online under the "Purchases" section.EMAIL INQUIRIES:We make everything by hand which takes a certain amount of time and spend the rest of our time, designing new items, packing and shipping orders. We cannot respond to all the emails we are receiving. We are a small team of two people designing, making, packing and shipping our products. Although we do get some help with shipping we are very often overwhelmed and treat emails by priority.
